Not at home

GLS asks one of the neighbors if they can accept the package. If none of the neighbors can take the package, GLS will take it to her depot.

In both cases there is no question of "Not Home Message", but the name of the neighbors of information about the delivery options.

When a package is returned to the depot, GLS offers the following options:

• Offer the package again at the same delivery address. Specified for the available time collectors of three hours.

• Pick up the package at the GLS depot from a GLS Package Shop. The package remains in the depot of the Parcel Shop and can be picked up within five days.

• Refuse the package. The package is sent back to the sender.
