Guarantee & Returns

This return policy only applies to the orders made at If you bought your Crosley record player at an (online) retailer, please contact them first.


  • Crosley products has a warranty of 2 years counting from the day of purchase
  • If the Crosley product is defective or harmed before 30 days after the purchase date, we offer a refund or a new item. Please send an email to if you believe you have received a defective product. Our service team will check if the defect is justified and will response to you within 2-3 working days. 
  • When the Crosley product is defective or harmed between 31 days and 2 years after the purchase date, we offer a repair. The product is not covered by warranty if the error or defect has been caused by the customer or has signs of wear.

    Please send an email to if you believe the defect is caused by a factory error. Our service team will check if the warranty claim is justified and come back to you within 2-3 working days.



  • if the product does not meet your expectations, you can return your purchase within 30 days, started from the day of purchase. We only accept the return when the product and package are unharmed and not used. All accessories must be included, for example:
    • Manual
    • Power adapter
    • Cables
    • 45” Adapter
    • Slipmat

Self-service return

1. Log in to your account:

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  6. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
  7. Our service team will evaluate your return request and send you a confirmation with a RMA number.
  8. Pack the product very well and write the RMA number on the package. Send the product at your own expense to:
