Dies sind unsere Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen. Zusammen mit den hierin enthaltenen Verweisen gelten diese Geschäftsbedingungen für alle Verträge, die wir, Crosley Radio Europe (eingetragen bei der niederländischen Handelskammer – Kamer van Koophandel – unter der Nummer 60992492), mit Ihnen abschließen. Mit dem Abschluss eines Vertrags mit uns erklären Sie sich damit einverstanden, dass stets die aktuellste Version unserer Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gilt.

Artikel 1 - Produkte

Wir verkaufen Produkte zum Aufbewahren, Präsentieren und Abspielen von Schallplatten.

Artikel 2 - Zahlungen

Der (Gesamt-)Preis unserer Produkte ist in unserem Webshop angegeben. Sie bezahlen über unseren Online-Zahlungsservice; Shopify ist der Zahlungsdienstleister.
Die Versandkosten übernehmen wir.

Artikel 3 - Lieferung

Wir liefern Ihr Produkt an die von Ihnen angegebene Adresse. Sobald wir Ihr Produkt versandt haben, können wir die Adresse nicht mehr ändern. GLS, DHL, PostNL ist unser Fulfillment-Partner und kümmert sich um den Vertrieb unserer Produkte. Wenn Ihr Produkt versandt wird, erhalten Sie von uns einen Track & Trace-Code, mit dem Sie Ihr Produkt verfolgen können. Wir verpflichten uns, Produkte innerhalb von 1–6 Tagen zu liefern. Sollte sich eine Lieferung verzögern, benachrichtigen wir Sie per E-Mail. Wir garantieren, dass die Lieferung immer innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach unserer Auftragsbestätigung erfolgt. Sollten wir diese Garantie nicht einhalten, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, (a) eine sofortige Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises für das/die Produkt(e) zu verlangen oder (b) die Zusendung eines Ersatzprodukts zu verlangen.

Artikel 4 - Rücksendungen

Sie können ein Produkt jederzeit innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt (der „Widerrufsfrist“) zurückgeben. Um Produkte zurückzusenden, können Sie das Rücksendeformular ausfüllen oder eine E-Mail an senden service@crosleyradio.euNach unserer Bestätigung müssen Sie das Produkt innerhalb von 30 Tagen zurücksenden. Wir erstatten Ihnen den Kaufpreis innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Erhalt Ihres zurückgesendeten Produkts vollständig zurück.

Die Rückerstattung beinhaltet auch eine Erstattung der Versandkosten.

Während der Widerrufsfrist müssen Sie das Produkt und seine Verpackung sorgfältig behandeln. Sie dürfen die Verpackung nur insoweit entfernen und das Produkt nur insoweit verwenden, als dies erforderlich ist, um festzustellen, ob Sie das Produkt behalten möchten oder nicht.

Artikel 5 - Garantie

Wir gewähren auf alle Produkte eine Garantiezeit von 2 Jahren. Sollten die Produkte durch normalen Gebrauch beschädigt werden, haben Sie Anspruch auf ein Ersatzprodukt. Senden Sie uns das defekte Produkt – wenn möglich – in der Originalverpackung zurück. Die Versandkosten tragen Sie.

Artikel 6 - Haftung

Wir haften nicht für Schäden, die durch die Nutzung des Produkts entstehen. Wir haften jedoch für Schäden, die auf Vorsatz oder grobe Fahrlässigkeit unsererseits zurückzuführen sind. Unsere Haftung übersteigt in keinem Fall den Kaufpreis des Produkts, das den Schaden verursacht hat.

Artikel 7 - Geistiges Eigentum

Sämtliches geistige Eigentum (einschließlich Urheberrechte, Wortmarken und Warenzeichen) in Bezug auf unsere Texte, Fotos, Videos oder sonstige Materialien liegt in unserem Eigentum (oder wird von uns mit Genehmigung der Eigentümer verwendet). Sie sind verpflichtet, jegliche Handlungen zu unterlassen, die diese Rechte verletzen könnten.

Artikel 8 - Beschwerden

Wenn Sie eine Beschwerde haben, würden wir uns freuen, davon zu hören. Bitte reichen Sie Ihre Beschwerde so schnell wie möglich ein, indem Sie eine detaillierte Beschreibung an senden service@crosleyradio.euWir bearbeiten Ihre Beschwerde schnellstmöglich, spätestens jedoch innerhalb von zwei Werktagen. Sollte die Bearbeitung länger dauern, erhalten Sie innerhalb von einem Werktag eine Eingangsbestätigung und einen Hinweis auf den voraussichtlichen Zeitpunkt unserer Antwort. Sollten wir eine Beschwerde nicht untereinander klären können, wird Ihre Beschwerde gemäß dem unten stehenden Abschnitt „Streitfälle“ behandelt.

Artikel 9 - Streitigkeiten

Für diese Bedingungen gilt niederländisches Recht. Vorbehaltlich zwingender gesetzlicher Bestimmungen unterliegen alle Streitigkeiten, die sich aus diesen Bedingungen ergeben, der Gerichtsbarkeit der niederländischen Gerichte im Bezirk Amsterdam.

What should I look for when buying a Crosley turntable?

If you want to buy a Crosley Record Player, it's useful to pay attention to two things. 1) The price/quality ratio and the specifications that matter most to you. For example, do you want a turntable with 2 external speakers for the best possible sound quality, or do you have limited space and prefer a built-in speaker? And is Bluetooth important to you, so you can also use the turntable as a speaker? You can use our comparison table to see how the specifications differ from one another.

Can I connect a Crosley record player to external speakers?

You can connect Crosley turntables to external speakers in several ways. If the turntable has a Bluetooth-out function, a wireless connection can be made with an external Bluetooth speaker. Otherwise, the turntable can always be connected to an external speaker with an RCA cable. Unfortunately, Crosley turntables cannot be connected to a Wi-Fi network, so it's not possible to listen on multiple Sonos speakers.

Which record player is best for beginners?

If you're looking for your first turntable, ease of use is often desirable. With built-in speakers and an amplifier, all you need to do is plug the turntable into an outlet. You can also consider your budget: our Voyager and Cruiser turntables are entry-level models at a competitive price. If you have a bit more budget to spend, the Stave is a great option: it still offers the convenience of a built-in speaker, but with a much more powerful speaker and a high-quality needle. All our record players with external speakers are also plug and play.

Are Crosley record players suitable for daily use?

Yes! You can use Crosley record players every day, whether you're spinning records or using the record player as a speaker to stream your music. It's important to keep the needle and the record free of dust, which you can do with a cleaning kit. It's also a good idea to replace the needle from time to time.

Is the sound quality good on a suitcase turntable?

The sound from our entry-level models is fairly basic, but you can always boost it further by connecting an external speaker, wired or wirelessly.

If you're looking for a turntable with a built-in speaker that delivers premium sound, the Stave is a great choice. Its turntable platform floats above the speaker, allowing the speaker to be much more powerful than other built-in speakers, without the needle skipping from heavy bass vibrations.

If you'd prefer a sturdy, all-in-one turntable rather than one with a floating platform, paired with high-quality speakers, your best bet is our collection of turntables with external speakers.

How does a Crosley record player work?

All our record players are very easy to use. All you need to do is plug it into an outlet. For record players with external speakers, you'll need to connect the external speakers to the record player using the included cable. If you want to play a record, select the 'phono' option; if you want to stream from your phone, select 'bluetooth'. This is generally how a Crosley record player works, each model of course comes with its own manual, which can also be downloaded here on the website

How does the Bluetooth on a Crosley record player work?

We have 2 types of Bluetooth on our record players. (Note: not every record player has both Bluetooth options: check the specifications carefully.) Bluetooth-in means you can connect your smartphone via Bluetooth, so you can use the record player's speakers for your digital music. Bluetooth-out means you can connect the record player to an external Bluetooth speaker, for even richer sound.
