4 ways to store your records

Now you’re an avid collector, it is time to choose the right vinyl storage. In our “Record Player 101” blog about vinyl we mentioned that records need to be stored upright and should not be placed in direct sunlight. You can find storage options that work for a small and larger vinyl collection.

1. Storage crate

An easy way to start storing your records is using a crate. It doesn’t take up too much space in your living room and a storage crate fits around 40-75 albums.

2. Wiltshire

When you start collecting records you don’t immediately need a cabinet that can hold hundreds of records. Start small with the handy and high-quality Wiltshire furniture piece. The black wire frame makes it a sleek and minimal design. The rack at the front of the Wiltshire has room for about 10 albums.

3. Manchester

Crosley has designed the Manchester vinyl storage for all lovers of retro design. The manchester stand can hold up about 30 records and fits all Crosley briefcase-design record players.

4. Soho

You don’t have enough space in your home, but the collectors bug has taken over? Check out the Soho stand to solve your problems. This cabinet has room for a record player and amplifier. Comes with cable management holes and can hold up 200 records. Just like that! You stored everything in one place.

5. For The Record

We love a good design and For The Record is a great one for the more advanced collectors among us. FTR Vinyl Storage is a modular furniture piece that grows with your collection. This cabinet is built out of layers which you can buy additionally. The first small base layer stores about 180 records. If you are running out of space you can order a new layer and keep collecting. Nice and easy.
