Crosley Return policy

This return policy only applies to the orders made at www.crosleyradio.eu. If you bought your Crosley record player at an (online) retailer, please contact them first.

UNWANTED RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with your product. Should you wish to return your order, you can do so within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items and their packaging must be returned in their original, resalable condition. Once we have received your return, the item and packaging will be assessed and, if they are in resalable condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 30 days via the original payment method. If the items are not in their original, resalable condition, we will deduct a discretionary percentage of the costs to account for the deterioration in product quality and refund a proportional part of the price you paid. Please ensure that you pack your item in the original shipping box and packaging, or in an alternative shipping box and packaging offering equivalent protection, so that the item arrives undamaged. Do not return the item in the original product packaging alone. All accessories must be present, for example:

  • Manual
  • Power adapter
  • Cables
  • 45" adapter
  • Slipmat

Please send an email to service@crosleyradio.eu. We can send you a DHL, GLS, or FedEx label. Returning non-defective products is at your own expense. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Unwanted or incorrectly ordered accessories cannot be returned (belt, needle, adapter). If the accessory you received is defective, please follow the steps for a defective return.


RETURNS: DEFECTS OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

 Crosley products are subject to a 30-day return period and a 2-year warranty, calculated from the date of purchase. If a Crosley product is defective or damaged within 30 days of the purchase date, we will offer a refund or a replacement item. Please send an email to service@crosleyradio.eu. If you believe you have received a defective product, our service team will verify whether the defect is valid and will contact you within 2–3 business days. Our service team may request a video or photo of the defect, and the return request can only be approved if this is provided.

If a Crosley product becomes defective or damaged between 31 days and 2 years after the purchase date, we will offer a repair. The product is not covered by the warranty if the fault or defect was caused by the customer or shows signs of wear and tear. Please send an email to service@crosleyradio.eu. If you believe the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, our service team will verify whether the warranty claim is valid and will contact you within 2–3 business days.

A defective needle or adapter is not considered a manufacturing fault but a usage defect, and is therefore not covered by our warranty. However, if the adapter or needle becomes defective under normal use within 30 days, it is still covered by the warranty. This must be reported to our service team within those 30 days, otherwise the warranty will be void.
