Abbey Road ist das elfte Studioalbum der Beatles und wurde ursprünglich am 26. September 1969 von Apple Records veröffentlicht. Diese Vinyl-Edition ist eine Neuauflage zum 50. Jubiläum und erschien am 27. September 2019 mit einem neuen Stereo-Mix von Giles Martin und Sam Okell.
Dieses Album nimmt einen ikonischen Platz in der Musikgeschichte ein – das Coverfoto zeigt die Band beim Überqueren des Zebrastreifens vor den EMI Studios in der Abbey Road. Es war das letzte Album, das die Gruppe gemeinsam aufnahm, und enthält das berühmte Schlussmedley mit „The End“ und den Hidden Track „Her Majesty“.
