Our intention is to send all orders within these working days. An order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated on the delivery by sending a track & trace.
All orders are sent by our logistics partner GLS
GLS delivers packages on weekdays from Monday till Friday
You will receive an email with Track & Trace as soon as we have fulfilled the order. We process orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
NOT AT HOME
When you are not at home at the date of delivery, GLS will try to deliver it to one of your neighbors.
If your neighbors decline the delivery, the package will be send to a GLS depot. In this case, GLS offers 3 options:
Another delivery day at the same delivery address
You can pick up the package yourself at the GLS depot within 5 days. GLS will inform you about the closest depot.
You can refuse the package. It will be send back to us. In this case, we have to charge you the additional shipping costs.
We ship all orders throughout Europe for free! These are the exceptions:
If you live on an island or a remote area, we have to charge you the additional island/ remote area surtax. This can be up to 27.50 euro. We will inform you about these extra charges before we send your order.
We ship orders to Non-EU countries like Switzerland, Serbia & Norway according to the incoterm Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means the export document costs are billed to you once the package reaches your country. We cannot foresee the additional charges. Please contact your local customs office if you need more information.
We accept Credit Card or Paypal. We do not charge extra payment fees. We work with an approved payment provider (stripe) to ensure your personal details are encrypted.
