Termini e Condizioni Generali

Questi sono i nostri termini e condizioni generali. Insieme ai riferimenti contenuti nel presente documento, questi termini e condizioni si applicano a qualsiasi accordo che noi, Crosley Radio Europe (registrata presso la Camera di Commercio olandese – Kamer van Koophandel – con il numero 60992492), stipuliamo con te. Articolo 1 - Prodotti

Vendiamo prodotti per conservare, esporre e riprodurre dischi.


Articolo 2 - Pagamenti

Il prezzo (totale) dei nostri prodotti è indicato nel nostro webshop. Paga attraverso il nostro servizio di pagamento online; Shopify è il fornitore del servizio di pagamento.
Ci faremo carico delle spese di spedizione.


Articolo 3 - Consegna

Consegneremo il tuo prodotto all'indirizzo che hai specificato. Una volta che abbiamo spedito il tuo prodotto, non possiamo più modificare l'indirizzo. GLS, DHL, PostNL è il nostro partner di evasione e gestisce la distribuzione dei nostri prodotti. Quando il tuo prodotto viene spedito, ti forniremo un codice di tracciamento, che ti dà l'opportunità di rintracciare il tuo prodotto. Ci impegniamo a consegnare i prodotti entro 1 - 6 giorni. Se una consegna è in ritardo, ti informeremo via e-mail. Garantiamo che una consegna sarà sempre effettuata entro 30 giorni dalla conferma del nostro ordine. Se non rispettiamo quella garanzia, hai la possibilità di (a) richiedere un rimborso immediato del prezzo di acquisto per il prodotto(i), oppure (b) richiedere che ti inviamo un prodotto che sostituisce il prodotto iniziale.


Articolo 4 - Resi

Puoi sempre restituire un prodotto, a condizione che lo faccia entro 30 giorni dal ricevimento (il "Periodo di recesso"). Per restituire i prodotti, puoi compilare il modulo di reso o inviare un'email a service@crosleyradio.eu. Dopo la nostra conferma, devi restituire il prodotto entro 30 giorni. Rimborseremo completamente il prezzo di acquisto entro 7 giorni dopo aver ricevuto il prodotto restituito.

Il rimborso conterrà anche un rimborso per le spese di spedizione.

Durante il Periodo di Recesso, dovrai esercitare la dovuta attenzione nella gestione del prodotto e del suo imballaggio. Rimuoverai solo l'imballaggio e utilizzerai il prodotto nella misura necessaria per stabilire se desideri o meno tenere il prodotto.


Articolo 5 - Garanzia

Offriamo un periodo di garanzia di 2 anni su tutti i prodotti. Se i prodotti subiscono danni durante un uso normale, hai diritto a un prodotto di sostituzione. Devi inviarci il prodotto difettoso - se ragionevolmente possibile - nella confezione originale. Le spese di spedizione saranno a tuo carico.


Articolo 6 - Responsabilità

Non siamo responsabili per eventuali danni che potrebbero derivare dall'uso del prodotto. Tuttavia, siamo responsabili per i danni che derivano dalla nostra cattiva condotta volontaria o negligenza grave. In ogni caso, la nostra responsabilità non supererà mai il prezzo di acquisto del prodotto che ha causato il danno.


Articolo 7 - Proprietà intellettuale

Tutti i diritti di proprietà intellettuale (inclusi: diritti d'autore, marchi di parola e marchi) relativi ai nostri testi, foto, video o qualsiasi altro materiale, sono di nostra proprietà (o sono utilizzati da noi con il permesso dei proprietari). Devi astenerti dal compiere atti che possano violare questi diritti.

 

Articolo 8 - Reclami

Se hai un reclamo, ci piacerebbe sentirlo. Si prega di presentare il proprio reclamo il prima possibile inviando una descrizione dettagliata a service@crosleyradio.eu. Elaboreremo il tuo reclamo il prima possibile, ma in ogni caso entro 2 giorni lavorativi. Se ci vorrà più tempo per gestire il tuo reclamo, riceverai una notifica entro 1 giorno lavorativo per confermare che abbiamo ricevuto il tuo reclamo, insieme a un'indicazione di quando ci aspettiamo di rispondere. Se non riusciamo a risolvere un reclamo tra di noi, il tuo reclamo sarà trattato in conformità con la sezione sulle controversie qui sotto.

 

Articolo 9 - Controversie

  1. La legge olandese si applica a questi Termini. Fatto salvo quanto previsto da disposizioni legali obbligatorie che dispongano diversamente, eventuali conflitti che possono derivare da questi Termini saranno sottoposti alla giurisdizione dei Tribunali Olandesi, nel distretto di Amsterdam.

  2. Come consumatore, puoi utilizzare anche la piattaforma ODR (Risoluzione Online delle Controversie). Questa piattaforma offre una soluzione semplice, efficiente, veloce e a basso costo per le controversie derivanti da transazioni online. What should I look for when buying a Crosley turntable?

If you want to buy a Crosley Record Player, it's useful to pay attention to two things. 1) The price/quality ratio and the specifications that matter most to you. For example, do you want a turntable with 2 external speakers for the best possible sound quality, or do you have limited space and prefer a built-in speaker? And is Bluetooth important to you, so you can also use the turntable as a speaker? You can use our comparison table to see how the specifications differ from one another.

Can I connect a Crosley record player to external speakers?

You can connect Crosley turntables to external speakers in several ways. If the turntable has a Bluetooth-out function, a wireless connection can be made with an external Bluetooth speaker. Otherwise, the turntable can always be connected to an external speaker with an RCA cable. Unfortunately, Crosley turntables cannot be connected to a Wi-Fi network, so it's not possible to listen on multiple Sonos speakers.

Which record player is best for beginners?

If you're looking for your first turntable, ease of use is often desirable. With built-in speakers and an amplifier, all you need to do is plug the turntable into an outlet. You can also consider your budget: our Voyager and Cruiser turntables are entry-level models at a competitive price. If you have a bit more budget to spend, the Stave is a great option: it still offers the convenience of a built-in speaker, but with a much more powerful speaker and a high-quality needle. All our record players with external speakers are also plug and play.

Are Crosley record players suitable for daily use?

Yes! You can use Crosley record players every day, whether you're spinning records or using the record player as a speaker to stream your music. It's important to keep the needle and the record free of dust, which you can do with a cleaning kit. It's also a good idea to replace the needle from time to time.

Is the sound quality good on a suitcase turntable?

The sound from our entry-level models is fairly basic, but you can always boost it further by connecting an external speaker, wired or wirelessly.

If you're looking for a turntable with a built-in speaker that delivers premium sound, the Stave is a great choice. Its turntable platform floats above the speaker, allowing the speaker to be much more powerful than other built-in speakers, without the needle skipping from heavy bass vibrations.

If you'd prefer a sturdy, all-in-one turntable rather than one with a floating platform, paired with high-quality speakers, your best bet is our collection of turntables with external speakers.

How does a Crosley record player work?

All our record players are very easy to use. All you need to do is plug it into an outlet. For record players with external speakers, you'll need to connect the external speakers to the record player using the included cable. If you want to play a record, select the 'phono' option; if you want to stream from your phone, select 'bluetooth'. This is generally how a Crosley record player works, each model of course comes with its own manual, which can also be downloaded here on the website

How does the Bluetooth on a Crosley record player work?

We have 2 types of Bluetooth on our record players. (Note: not every record player has both Bluetooth options: check the specifications carefully.) Bluetooth-in means you can connect your smartphone via Bluetooth, so you can use the record player's speakers for your digital music. Bluetooth-out means you can connect the record player to an external Bluetooth speaker, for even richer sound.
