B.V.WAAROM ZAL MIJN TONE ARM NIET TERUGKOMEN?
De draaitafel is niet automatisch. De plaat stopt aan het einde, maar de tone arm komt niet terug. De tone arm is een klikstijl: het is een handmatige draaitafel en zal alleen handmatig terugkomen.
DE PLAAT SPEELT, MAAR IK KRIJG GEEN GELUID.
Zorg ervoor dat je de witte beschermende naaldkap van de punt van de tone arm verwijdert. Zorg ervoor dat de plastic naald niet is verwijderd toen de beschermkap werd afgenomen. Stel het volume in op een hoger niveau.
ALS MIJN DRAAITAFEL NIET DRAAIT, HOE KRIJG IK HEM DAN AAN DE PRAAT?
Zorg ervoor dat de stroom is AAN en de functie-instelling van het apparaat is ingesteld op PHONO. Zorg ervoor dat de juiste snelheid is geselecteerd door de schakelaar naar ‘33 ⅓ of ‘45 of 78’ te draaien.
Til de tone arm op en draag deze naar het begin van de plaat. Als het niet draait, probeer dan de stroom van het stopcontact te halen en laat het systeem 15-20 minuten staan. WAAROM GLIJD DE NAALD OVER DE PLAAT?

WAAROM DRAAIT DE DRAAITAFEL TE LANGZAAM OF TE SNEL?
Zorg ervoor dat je de juiste snelheid hebt geselecteerd voor de plaat die je afspeelt. Als dit de tone arm niet vrijmaakt, kun je de Pitch Control-knop gebruiken om de snelheid aan te passen zodat deze het juiste tempo krijgt.
WAT IS HET VERSCHIL TUSSEN EEN 78 TOEREN PER MINUUT EN EEN 33 1/3 TOEREN PER MINUUT PLAAT?

Ja, alle Crosley draaitafels spelen alle 3 snelheden - 7, 10 en 12 inch platen.
ALS EEN ONDERDEEL BRENGT, KAN HET DAN REDENLIJK WORDEN VERVANGEN NA DE GARANTIE?

WANNEER MOET IK DE NAALD VAN MIJN PLAATSPREKER VERVANGEN?
Naalden kunnen tot 1000 uur meegaan, afhankelijk van de staat van de platen. We raden aan om je naald schoon te maken met perslucht of een stylusborstel om stof en vuil te verwijderen indien nodig.

DE PLATTER IS EEN BEETJE WIEBELIG, ZWAAIT OF HEEFT SNELHEIDGERELATEERDE PROBLEMEN. WAT KAN IK DOEN?
Deze problemen worden meestal veroorzaakt door een versleten of oude riem. Vervangende riemen kunnen worden gekocht op www.crosleyradio.eu/spare-parts. OPMERKING: Naalden en riemen zijn verbruiksartikelen die vervangen moeten worden als onderdeel van de reguliere zorg en onderhoud van het product.
IK HOOR STATISCH OF HISSEN BIJ DE AFSPRAAK VAN DE CASSETTE. WAT IS ER MIS?
Dit is meestal het gevolg van een vuile tape deck. We raden aan om de tape deck-assemblage minstens één keer elke 20 uur gebruik schoon te maken.

What should I look for when buying a Crosley turntable?
If you want to buy a Crosley Record Player, it's useful to pay attention to two things. 1) The price/quality ratio and the specifications that matter most to you. For example, do you want a turntable with 2 external speakers for the best possible sound quality, or do you have limited space and prefer a built-in speaker? And is Bluetooth important to you, so you can also use the turntable as a speaker? You can use our comparison table to see how the specifications differ from one another.
Can I connect a Crosley record player to external speakers?
You can connect Crosley turntables to external speakers in several ways. If the turntable has a Bluetooth-out function, a wireless connection can be made with an external Bluetooth speaker. Otherwise, the turntable can always be connected to an external speaker with an RCA cable. Unfortunately, Crosley turntables cannot be connected to a Wi-Fi network, so it's not possible to listen on multiple Sonos speakers.
Which record player is best for beginners?
If you're looking for your first turntable, ease of use is often desirable. With built-in speakers and an amplifier, all you need to do is plug the turntable into an outlet. You can also consider your budget: our Voyager and Cruiser turntables are entry-level models at a competitive price. If you have a bit more budget to spend, the Stave is a great option: it still offers the convenience of a built-in speaker, but with a much more powerful speaker and a high-quality needle. All our record players with external speakers are also plug and play.
Are Crosley record players suitable for daily use?
Yes! You can use Crosley record players every day, whether you're spinning records or using the record player as a speaker to stream your music. It's important to keep the needle and the record free of dust, which you can do with a cleaning kit. It's also a good idea to replace the needle from time to time.
Is the sound quality good on a suitcase turntable?
The sound from our entry-level models is fairly basic, but you can always boost it further by connecting an external speaker, wired or wirelessly.
If you're looking for a turntable with a built-in speaker that delivers premium sound, the Stave is a great choice. Its turntable platform floats above the speaker, allowing the speaker to be much more powerful than other built-in speakers, without the needle skipping from heavy bass vibrations.
If you'd prefer a sturdy, all-in-one turntable rather than one with a floating platform, paired with high-quality speakers, your best bet is our collection of turntables with external speakers.
How does a Crosley record player work?
All our record players are very easy to use. All you need to do is plug it into an outlet. For record players with external speakers, you'll need to connect the external speakers to the record player using the included cable. If you want to play a record, select the 'phono' option; if you want to stream from your phone, select 'bluetooth'. This is generally how a Crosley record player works, each model of course comes with its own manual, which can also be downloaded here on the website
How does the Bluetooth on a Crosley record player work?
We have 2 types of Bluetooth on our record players. (Note: not every record player has both Bluetooth options: check the specifications carefully.) Bluetooth-in means you can connect your smartphone via Bluetooth, so you can use the record player's speakers for your digital music. Bluetooth-out means you can connect the record player to an external Bluetooth speaker, for even richer sound.
