Shipping and Delivery information

We ship to all countries within the EU.

Delivery Time

We ship within 1- 6 working days
 1 day: Netherlands (ordered before 12.00 PM) 
2 - 3 days: Belgium & Luxembourg
3 - 4 days: Denmark, Germany, France
4 - 5 days: Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Tsjech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland
5 - 6 days: Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Lithuania, Serbia, Estonia, Latvia, Romania

Delivery Costs

Deliveries through Europe are FREE when your purchase amount exceeds 50 euro. These are the exceptions:

  • not valid on special editions or offers

  • Unfortunately, we can't ship to Islands or remote areas. 

  • Because of Brexit it is not possible to ship to the UK.

Delivery info

Our warehouse is located in The Netherlands. We ship our orders with our logistics partners GLS, DHL or Fedex. You will receive a Track & Trace as soon as we have shipped your order.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct. If you notice any mistakes in your address, don’t hesitate to reach out to us as soon as possible at support@crosleyradio.eu or by calling +31-306622470. Once the package is with our delivery partners, we’re unable to change the address. If any additional delivery costs arise, we need to pass them on to you.

Not at home

When you are not at home at the date of delivery, GLS or DHL will try to deliver it to one of your neighbors.
If your neighbors decline the delivery, the package will be send to a GLS or DHL depot. In this case, they offers 3 options:

  • Another delivery day at the same delivery address

  • You can pick up the package yourself at the GLS or DHL depot within 5 days. They will inform you about the closest depot. If your package is sent to a parcel shop and you're unable to pick it up and it gets returned to us, we can resend it to you. However, please note that additional shipping costs will apply.

  • You can refuse the package. It will be send back to us. In this case, we have to charge you the additional shipping costs.
